THE UAE FOOD WASTE PLEDGE

For commercial kitchens, food waste, prevention is preferable to redistribution to reduce impact. In a first for the global hospitality and foodservice industry, the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment is inviting kitchens across the UAE to pledge to prevent waste working towards a goal of

3 Million meals yearly by 2020
